I think that overall Green has the best pool of cards.
Tower Above, Hungry Spriggan, Kitchen Finks, Safehold Elite, Juvenile Gloomwidow can all be played running mono green and are all decent in the all important early game to get you into your beefier creatures and spells to go for the kill in the end.
